Family Practice
AWA offers comprehensive family healthcare. Have high blood pressure, ingrown toenail, skin issues or just don't feel well we can help. Need a sport physical $50. To establish care $75 and follow up visits are $50. Sick Visit $50. Accepting BCBS & Aetna with more insurances coming soon.
